Windows Standard Serial Communications Library for Visual dBase

The Windows Standard Serial Communications Library for Visual dBase (WSC4DB) is an serial communication library based on the Windows API. Includes 52 functions + modem control, XMODEM and YMODEM protocols, and a selection of example programs.
